• Download all the required files
• Extract all of them in a folder
• Run PS2 Emulator GUI .exe
• Select your PS2 ISO and leave default PS2 Classic settings
• Now encrypt your PS2 game ISO or BIN
• After encrypting PS2 ISO save your ENC File
• Rename encrypt ISO ENC file to ISO.BIN.ENC
• Now go to make PKG in PS2 Classic GUI
• Select your renamed ENC file
• After the process completion, you will get a new PKG file. Copy PKG file and paste it into Resigner Master 2>Input>Pkgs folder (make sure you have ACT.DAT and IDPS.hex file on Resigner Master 2>act_dat and Resigner Master 2> idps_hex folder)
• Run resigner_windows bat

• Copy your signed PKG file from Resigner Master 2>output>pkgs folder to your USB disk (FAT32 formatted)
• Now copy-paste PS2 Classic Placeholder to your USB stick (FAT32 formatted)
• Copy PS2 Classic Placeholder RAP file and paste it Resigner Master>rifgen_master folder (Make sure you have you act.dat and IDPs.hex file inside Resigner Master>rifgen_master folder.)
• Drag and drop PS2 Classic Placeholder RAP file on resigner master .exe
• Copy your signed_act.dat & RIP file and paste it into your USB root
• Rename your signed_act.dat to act.dat only. Now move to your PS3 screen
• Open the internet browser and set the Mini web. (Make Sure you are using Update HAN Release files)
• Go to HAN actrif_copier and copy your act.dat and RIF file
• Exit browser and reopen it
• Enable debug PKG mode
• Install PS2 Placeholder Classic PKG file
• Restart your PS3 manually
• Open your browser and Enable HAN
• Install PS2 PKG game File
