RIF/ACT Injection
You just follow the given steps.
- Download make_pkgs
- Put both your rif and your signed_act.dat file to the exdata folder
- Rename signed_act.dat to act.dat
- Run CREATE_EXDATA PKG.bat
- Get the resulting PKG
- Rename it what you want, normally name them “*game title* EXD”
- Put on your USB (FAT32 Formatted)
- Enable PS3 HAN
- Install and Enjoy
